Newly Qualified & Novice Teacher Chapter

A dedicated chapter incorporated into Enhancing Holistic Teacher Wellbeing.

The chapter will support teachers as they move from initial teacher education into the realities of professional practice. Through mentorship, guided reflection and a trusted peer community, participants will strengthen their professional identity, wellbeing, resilience and confidence while navigating the early years of teaching.

Chapter participants will engage with all five wellbeing modules through an early-career transition lens, connecting each theme to the realities of beginning professional practice.
