About EduFocus

Developing educators as whole human beings.

Academic insight, lived experience and purposeful mentorship meet in one transformative practice.

Our story

Created from a deep belief in the people behind education.

EduFocus exists to help educators pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves and build sustainable professional lives.

Our journey began with a desire to amplify teacher voice and create safe, meaningful spaces for professional learning. That vision has grown into a SACE-accredited professional development practice with a SACE-endorsed flagship programme grounded in research, mentorship and the lived realities of educators.

Today, EduFocus Connect Consulting (Pty) Ltd. supports aspiring, newly qualified, novice and experienced teachers, school leaders and education communities through holistic wellbeing, mentorship and reflective practice.

We envision a future in which every teaching professional can access the support, tools and networks needed to flourish. In turn, they can positively influence learners, schools and communities.
