The Participant Portal will provide individual access to the workbook, module resources, mentorship records, assessments and Portfolio of Evidence tools.
Where to access it
Use “Participant Login” from anywhere on the website.
The Participant Login link appears in the website’s main navigation and footer. Registered participants will use this page as the single entry point to their private course dashboard.
Secure access
Individual email-based login
- EduFocus approves and adds the participant’s registration email.
- The participant selects Participant Login.
- A secure sign-in link or verification code is sent to that approved email address.
- After verification, the participant enters the private course dashboard.
Portal access is being prepared for registered participants. No course materials are publicly accessible.

Online module sections plus downloadable Word and PDF versions.

Slides, activities, practical tools and approved participant materials.
Mentorship & reflection
Mentorship-trio records, reflective journal prompts and support tools.
Portfolio submission & assessment
Participants will securely upload their Portfolio of Evidence, confirm submission, track its assessment status and receive facilitator feedback in their private dashboard.

Module evaluation links, programme notices and participant-only updates.

A clear, secure assessment journey.
Each participant’s submission and feedback will remain linked to their individual account and visible only to the participant and authorised EduFocus assessors.
- PrepareComplete the required evidence and use the portal checklist before submitting.
- UploadSubmit the Portfolio of Evidence through the participant’s private dashboard.
- TrackView confirmation and progress, including submitted, under assessment and completed.
- Receive feedbackAccess the assessment outcome and authorised facilitator feedback securely.
The upload and assessment facility forms part of the secure portal currently being prepared. Until it is activated, portfolios will not be submitted through this public webpage.
Access will be granted individually and may be removed when participation ends. Facilitator guides, presenter notes, marking guidance and administrative documents will remain in a separate restricted area.
